The south Korean electrical product compulsory safety certification system, EK mark, is a product certification which was authorized the KETI to develop in the July of 2000 by South Korean MOCIE (industrial resources department) according to Korean Electrical Appliance Safety Control Law.
The scope of the certification: The input voltage of the product is AC V-1000V and the product belongs to the government announcing contents, its manufacturer must be the actual factory, changing the original import agent certification into the overseas manufacturer directly to carry on the certification.
The EK mark certificate is signed and issued for each factory as the foundation: EK mark test standard: the security project acts according to the IEC standard.
